Flat Iron Wax Collection Filter
The CATi-200 efficiently dissolves wax by condensing and separating its vapors in hot and wet air. Clean Air carries an advanced marine wax filter to efficiently collect wax vapors discharged from hot and wet air exhaust of marine ironers to keep the ship’s ducts free of contaminant.
This filter is designed to capture the Lubrication vapor from the discharge air of the flat iron.
Typically, the heated discharge air mixes with lint from the Goods and vapor from the lubrication (wax). As this moves through ductwork and the vapor is cooled in the duct, changing into a flammable coating of Lint and Wax inside the duct.
The Wax Removal system is easily installed and captures this wax and Lint for easy removal and reduction of fire potential.
MAINTENANCE
CATi-200 has no moving parts while in process so it’s silent and maintenance is easy and cost-effective.

WASHABLE
Two of the three filter stages are washable and reusable. Spare parts available.
